1. Beluzia and Luthori will have no tariffs between directly traded goods between our two nations.
2. Protectionist ideologies within and outside of our nations shall be condemned.
3. Beluzia and Luthori shall guarantee the independence of one another in the event of war.
4. Both governments establish similar (in percentage) fishing quotas.

Take three out because it is a waste of time and needs more indepth developement than one line. This is just about free trade not anyhting else - that can come later.
