| Sec. 1 "SHORT" TITLE This act may be cited as the 'Three's A Crowd, Subject To The Non-Violent Approach Of Said Crowd Act 2571'. Sec. 2 PROVISIONS A. Large numbers of peace-loving Vanuks may assemble in areas to peacefully protest against - and draw awareness to - ideals of Vanuku society and law they may - or may not - feel appropriate. B. Peace is the watchword. C. Crowds may be active in a violent manner, but be subject to Vanuku law regarding violence (ie. Vanuku police forces will arrest and press charges). D. Just to hammer it home, any sized group may protest, so long as they do not infringe upon the rights and safety of their fellow Vanuks. Sec. 3 EFFECTIVENESS The provisions of this act shall take effect immediately upon passage |
