MessageSome educational frill about public funding AND private administration. Clearly the work of the devil, undermining both public and private school systems...

But in all academic discourse, charter schools are essentially private schools (being privately run by companies, universities, or even certain governmental entities) without many of the restrictions required of the standard (nominally public) schools, so long as the charter schools aim to fulfill a certain goal, or 'charter', which they are founded upon, in the art of Particracy being a 'specific focus'.

You can tell very few care or understand on Terra - - the bulk of nations leave such a decision to local governments!

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost.

Random quote: "A lot of people are waiting for Martin Luther King or Mahatma Gandhi to come back, but they are gone. We are it. It is up to us. It is up to you." - Marian Wright Edelman
