Bill: Supreme court nomination, Associate Justice
Details
Submitted by[?]: Lodamun Libertarian Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 2573
Description[?]:
Although I cant nominate Monroes replacment until august next year we do have a vaccant seat on the supreme court, and to fill that seat I nominate Samuel Day (CPL) for the posistion of Associate Justice on the supreme court. I hope he can serve as a swing vote between Monrow and White when the two have different opinions (like Gibson v Monroe), and make the supreme court a bit more unpredictable. I will leave this up for comments and or debate for 1 or 2 days |
