Description[?]:
In order to guarantee that the energy generated by the generation facilities is forwarded to the energy consumer suppliers in a cost effective and service guaranteed way, the National Grid will be operated by a publicly owned company. This company can guarantee infrastructural safety and service quality more readily than the Private company due to its ability not to have any requirement to return high levels of profits to its investors and shareholders. The company will operate in such a way so as to provide the infrastructure and energy delivery services at, or just above, cost so as to allow the largest freedom for energy consumer suppliers to guarantee the lowest possible charges to the consumer. |
