Message	I am thinking in hiring 200 new personnel. The materials needed are office, which costs a lot of money, computers, faxes, and all of those electronic devices, and of course, salary. Also travel costs will be included. This money will be for the entire year and will be reduced once we have dealt with the situation. What I am trying to do is talk to them, you saw it yourself they don't want to ratify ANY peace treaty, we have to try harder.
