Message | OOC: Could you find the time to write bill proposals to go with the articles, it does make things more interesting. IC: We cannot agree to the introduction of article 1. We must be sure that passports being supplied are being given to law abiding citizens and not criminals. In order to do this there must be some form of background check. To hand out passports to anyone who wants them risks criminals can easily obtain passports and leave this nation before incarceration and travel to other countries and commit crimes which would further bring our country into international disrepute. |
