DUE to the nature of cosmetic applications, the differences in human/animal physiology and the cruelty inflicted on the animals within that field of research, the government will, henceforth and with immediate effect, ban the testing of cosmetic materials on animals within the confines of the Imperial Republic. Testing on human derived skin samples and genetically produced human and animal tissues will be accepted. This bill in no way effects the use of medical testing as a precursor for human requirements. |
