Description[?]:

DUE to the nature of cosmetic applications, the differences in human/animal physiology and the cruelty inflicted on the animals within that field of research, the government will, henceforth and with immediate effect, ban the testing of cosmetic materials on animals within the confines of the Imperial Republic. Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections.
