MessageYour motivation is sound but we disagree.
Allowing alcohol sales from ice cream vans, swimming pools, daycare centres, libraries and football grounds is a recipe for disaster.
A liberal attitude to alcohol does not come about simply by allowing its sale in all places.
And what would there be to guard against diluted spirits and spiked drinks?
Power to the pubs!

Random fact: Particracy allows you to establish an unelected head of state like a monarch or a president-for-life, but doing this is a bit of a process. First elect a candidate with the name "." to the Head of State position. Then change your law on the "Structure of the executive branch" to "The head of state is hereditary and symbolic; the head of government chairs the cabinet" and change the "formal title of the head of state" to how you want the new head of state's title and name to appear (eg. King Percy XVI).

Random quote: “Can anyone imagine a more perverse idea than forcing faithful Hosians like me to give away my money to enable irresponsible teenage girls to kill off their children because they were too drunk to use a damn condom?" - Dr. Francesca dos Santos, former Dranian politician
