| "It has come to our attention that the Grand Duchy of Keymon is currently performing a serious breach of international law. They have signed a treaty to the world stating their neutrality, and in this treaty it states that they will never produce, store, use, buy, or sell any weapons of mass destruction. However, cleverly enough, there are no solid proposals in the treaty that force them to do such, and, as it turns out, the Grand Duchy of Keymon is performing a blatant violation of their own treaty and international law, as they possess nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons that they, by law, may use in any manner for any reason they want. It is not just the fact that a wealthy, free trade nation located in the center of Terra with military proximity to every nation is carrying weapons of mass destruction that bothers us, but what's more is that they have openly lied to the world and do not hold to their agreements. We propose that we force them to abide by their own agreement and disarm." -Judy Gottlos, Head Archon of the ARM http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=224 http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewvariables.php?nationid=40#military >>Be it enacted by a majority vote of the Knesset of the Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu, let it be resolved that: 1) The Nesí Hamdiná, on behalf of the Jewish people, shall speak to Keymon and demand that either (a) they disarm all weapons of mass destruction immediately, ship the remains to the Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu, and allow inspectors from the Homeland to make sure that no weapons of mass destruction remain in Keymon, OR (b) they immediately withdraw from both (i) the Keymon Neutrality Agreement and (ii) the Keymon Free Trade Agreement. 2) Should, after exactly eighteen months, Keymon refuse to abide by either of the demands acceptable by the Jewish people, that the Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu work over the seceding twelve months to form a multilateral intervention force against Keymon to (a) invade Keymon, (b) de-throne and imprison its monarch indefinitely, and (c) dismantle all of its weapons of mass destruction. 3) In the twelve months in which Beiteynu is organizing/joining a multilateral intervention force, the Nesí Hamdiná shall be fully authorized to, should he or she believe that Keymon present an immediate emergency threat to Beiteynu or any other nation at any time with reasonable cause, use any weapons of any kind he or she deems necessary to eliminate the potential of Keymon being a threat to the Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu or any other nations.<< |
