Details
Submitted by[?]: Rightful Radical Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 2575
Description[?]:
Lenny Nozick, in his recent statement (see: http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=188628#messages) broke the Code of Parliament Members legislated from the Telamon Constitution by discrasing the old Telamon flag and speaking violent and vulgar words. Many Parliament Members say that he was drunk that day. Just another article broken. A leader of largest party first coming drunk to the Parliament than announcing such vulgar and insulting words will not be tolerated in Telamon because it is the first time in the history of Telamon's Parliament that such a thing happened. There is no excuse for this, this is not a kindergarten you know. So, we, the RRP, hereby put this bill to vote: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Article I Lenny Nozick is asked to resign his seat to the Parliament to another member of his party. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |

Message | Mr. Nozick has no seat in Parliament to resign; unlike other parties our political head does not himself participate in the process himself. We assure everyone that appropriate steps have been taken privately to ensure such a thing does not occur again. Jennifer Palmer Political Liaison Telamon Anarcho-Capitalist Party |

Message | Mr. Nozick spoke his mind, something many of us are often too frightened to do in Parliament - which is a worrying thing. Speak out for freedom of speech, my peers! Umberto Caccini Leader of the Radical Party |

Message | It is OK for everyone to speak their mind, but under the regulations of the Code of the Parliament Members legislated from the Telamon Constitution. It strictly forbids violent and vulgar announcements, and I believe that everyone can speak their mind without such words and replies. It wouldn't be nice for people in the parliament to use such a street language. And, for the other issue that he isn't a member of the Parliament, how could he have spoken on the official Parliament seat? You realize that I am speaking from it and no one that is not in the member of the Parilament can speak from it (unless of course he is a member of the Government, which Mr Nozick isn't). Please explain yourself. Vojislav Krkljus Chairman of the RRP |

Message | Mr. Nozick is a member of what is technically a private organization. Regardless of how offensive his comments are or are not, the government has no authority to order him to step down. James Lott Chairman Democratic Capitalist Delegation |

Message | Now please, citizens, just to let you know, the leader of your, now called, TMP broke into the parliament drunk, and announced vulgar words and thoughts to the Telamon tradition. In every country, this would be sanctioned, but no, not in Telamon. Vojislav Krkljus Chairman of the RRP |

Message | That was a joke Mr. Way Too Serious, your conclusion is based off a false premise; if indeed this is the official seat of parliment then how can new parties with no seats speak from it? Logically they can't under your premise, but obviously they can thus negating your conclusion. Leonard Nozick A Better Debater Than You Telamon Minarchist Party |

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost. |
