MessageThe Grand Duke has thought about this extremely carefully, and has worked out that if over-fishing wipes out too much of the fish stock, some of the peasant stock will starve in consequence, and consequently a satisfactory equilibrium between the two will be maintained. A private and unregulated fishing industry is therefore the best option.

His Grace also wants to make clear his disgust at Novy Smer's 'Communist ideas', and wants them to know that 'they are my fish, you know...'.
