Predeamable: A animal is any living being in the Animal Kingdom other then humans that can think and/or has emotions and/or has concessness.(or has not been proven not to with large enough evidence and dose not have populer support for the clame) 1. All animals may only be killed primerly for food and/or last resort for servival, self-defence, and population control. 2. All animals rased to be killed for food must be free-ranged, cage-free and there needs must be fullfilled. 3. If someone cannot fullfill a animals needs then the goverment will pay it. 4. When a animal is killed all of the animals body that can be put to use must be put to use. 5. All animals must be killed as quickly and painlessly as possible. |
