| We, for decades had an effective progressive taxation system that allowed for world class Healthcare, science research and social programs. However with the rise of the capitalist bourgeois destroyed this by introducing their tax cuts, that while may have been good for the poorer segments of society, were also introduced to the rich. Because of this the less well off segments of our society our now having to pay higher taxes then they did so long ago. |
