| WE, your Majesty’s most dutiful and loyal subjects, the Imperial College of the Holy Luthori Empire, do humbly beseech your Majesty that it may be enacted, and be it enacted, by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the College assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say):— I. That the abridged version of Her Majesty's motto, currently used as the state motto (due to the negotiations with the Union of the Godless), be replaced with her full motto. |
