Message | Why is this superior to current policy? We vote no for now, but are open to a persuasive argument. |

Message | Why? Because it doesn't allow just anybody test animals. Well, okay anybody can, but they need a license, which is more safe that the current law. Nothing "superior", but rather an improvement. |

Message | On the assumption that the licensure requirements would include elements aimed at ensuring applicants are those most likely to comply with regulations, we can see how this would be an improvement. Still, since it looks like the bill will fail with or without our vote, we vote no for now. Though if it looks like it can command a majority in the future, we may change our vote. |
