Details

Submitted by[?]: Rutanian Democratic Forum

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 2578

Description[?]:

To regulate adoption and to prevent child abusers to enter into program.

This law is also closely related to our abortion act. All "unwanted" children can be given in adoption program, which will help to find a good and stabile family for them to grow up and be happy and constructive citizens of this country.

MessageBoth options are great options, but im pretty sure our private organizations aren't gonna give any kind of child to adults with a history of child abuse or any other kind of abuse. There are other problems that is just as important as child abuse, like wat if the family had a history of criminal behavoir or alcoholism? Or what about an unstable income? We currently cant support...

MessageWell, RDF thinks that such family policy matters should be in the control of society, and experts; that means, not any private organization should be able to "control and regulate" adoption policy. Because, we give them children, and they have to find a good family to take care for those children. It's not an easy task, and it is (that's most important), very responsible task! Very, very responsible task. Therefore, private organizations who serve only their profit should be kept far away from adoption matters.

RDf is open to all sugestions, even to change in this law, but we stand behind that what we said above .

MessageWell not all private organizations(especially adoption organizations) are ran for them to get profit. We just simply think there are more problems when it comes to adoption than just screening child abuse becuase there are roots when it comes to child abuse and most of it comes from drug and alcohol addictions. Our private organiations will look at these roots and child abuse and will make the best decision...
