| This law regulates that every citizen of this country must invest in some sort of pension system. This not only helps them, when they come to pension, it also helps the state, because government will not have to pay care for so many people who didn't save for their pension. Some people are irresponsible, some people just don't care, some people have bad luck- but the state shouldn't care for that. A pension plan must exist, it helps all parties involved. |

Since it is the workers that are responsible for the economic wealth of the nation they deserve a pension without any qualifications or exclusions. |
