Bill: Wise Guidance Act In Health and Safety Regulations

Details

Submitted by[?]: Federal Republican Party (ZC)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 2577

Description[?]:

Allowing local governments to enact their own policies in respect to health and safety is insane. Yes, this comes from the Federalist party. From province to province one might find all sense of federalism is destroyed by local legislative assemblies passing very lax safety and health regulations to the next which may have insane laws in this respect. Let the Federal government recommend the proper course of action and allow the free market to use them as they will.
