| Message | Even though we are the ones who came up with the idea, we originally thought of the ACDC as something that will not infringe on any nation's soveriegnity...and most of the articles in the treaty are truly none of our business. Article 3 would be acceptable but other than that...the rest should never be determined by this treaty but by the nation. We would support a new treaty that would have few restrictions on joining and a little bit more details of what the ACDC is, which the secretary of Foreign Affairs and Defense in the Commonwealth Party can write up. We would have to abstain from this. |
