Currently, any citizen can purchase a gun whenever they want and carry them in concealment. This is a major danger to the publics safety and well being. Individuals wanting to purchase and carry firearms should have to register for a firearms license given by the government. Failure to have said license will warrant anything from a 250 Telamon Pounds to a ten year sentence in prison, depending upon the type of weapon (I.E. A small handgun might result in a fine and the removal of the weapon, while a heavy weapon could end some one up in prison.). This bill will be sent for vote in three months time. |

Proposal[?] to change Weapon concealment.
Old value:: Any legal weapon may be concealed when carried.
Current: Where weapons are carried, this must be done openly.
Proposed: People must first obtain a permit in order to carry concealed weapons.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Ownership of guns by private individuals.
Old value:: Individuals are allowed to own firearms as long as they do not have a history of dangerous mental illness or a violent criminality.
Current: Individuals are not permitted to own firearms under any circumstances.
Proposed: Adult individuals may own guns under strict license conditions.
