| As the Hobrazian nation soon will take a larger responsibility and recently have participated in international conflict as well as having a war mongering Darnussia on our backs, we should reform our military to take up the modern world situations. Article 1: We believe there is a need for expanding our military. We live in a world with several dangers and some that are threatening the immediate existence of Hobrazia. An Luthori recovering from Civil War, a war mongering Darnussia who have threatened us several times and a Unfriendly Beiteynu that rather saw us destroyed is just some of Terras threat to Hobrazia. Also Malivia has given reason to concern. Not to mention the AAT and the World Court that is not likely to come in our favour should they look our way. We believe that this bill will help us either enlarging our forces, or just enlarging our backup forces, so we can defend our nation if nessecary. Article 2: Just to make it more official that whenever shortage of police resources exist it shall be allowed to transfer resources from the military to cope with the security situation both on civil issues and in serious emergencies. |
