MessageI like proposing bills whenever new legislation is added. No point proposing to leave it the way it is.

There is only one type of court which has jurisdiction over the entire nation with no courts lower or higher to appeal to or from with the current value. My proposal has national and regional courts which can have regional judgments appealed up to the national courts.
