MessageWe are uncertain as to whether the Sekowan legal system can tolerate ex post facto or retroactive legislation. However, there seems to be no constitutional injunction against it, so the perpetrators of the recent treasons could potentially be put to death by the courts.

MessageIt need not be applied ex-post facto. All those involved should be court-marshalled, bypassing civilian courts and allowing for military executions, without any need for civilian trials.

MessageNo. The Imperialist Socialist Party cleary supports completely ignoring the rule of law. The Normand Pluralist Party believes that there is a very important reason military tribunals are kept separate from civilian courts, and the Normand Pluralist Party fully supports the military in ensuring proper discipline, thus ensuring the safety of Sekowo. We wish the Socialists offered the same support to the military which they have just attempted to sabotage.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols.
