Message | This would only lead to patient who are in great pain and could under the current law ask for euthanasia being forced to suffer |

Message | But it will also prevent murder. |

Message | In what way? The only reason euthanasia is allowed is to let patients in reat pain have a chance to stop there suffering, there is no murder involved, just assisted suicide |

Message | So, if I say, this man is suffering too much, that's why I "assisted in his death", even though I really killed him, it isn't killing. This law has many loopholes in which someone can get away with committing murder. |

Message | No it dosent. In your example it would be illegal because the patient dident give his or her concent. Both the patient and the patients doctor needs to give concent for it to be legal |

Message | I urge all parties who vote yes to reconsider. This is not a loophole for murder (remember both patient and doctor consent is needed) and the only other option is to let our patients suffer painfully |
