Bill: CPL Education Reforms Bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: Conservative Liberal Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2115
Description[?]:
This is a bill to substantially reduce the role of the state in the lives if its citizens, and furthermore to bring power and decision making closer to Likatonians. We feel that as private schools perform better than state schools, then the government should encourage the establishment of private schools. Once again vouchers will be provided, on a means tested scale, for low income families. |

Message | The AAP must actively oppose both of these motions, as they MAY be more libertarian than our current position... but they also seem to be removing important safeguards from those who most need protecting. |

Message | As vouchers wil be provided for the poorest families on a progressive scale, we feel that the proposed bill allows us to provide for all Likatonians. We know that private schools perform far better than state schools, so we should encourage private education. |
