| We believe it is time to ensure the position of our two main languages, Narik and Darnus. 50% of the population speak Darnus as their first language, 43% speak Narik. ARTICLE I: Narik and Darnus are official state languages in Darnussia and they are part of the educational program to all nationals. All services and utilities have to guarantee service in both languages in the entire country. There have to be education offered in both languages in the entire nation also. ARTICLE II: No discrimination is allowed based on linguistics reasons, positive or negative, but Eemployers are allowed to require fluent knowledge of both languages. ARTICLE III: Lusitân has an official position as minority language in state of Alkavon where nearly 8,000,000 nationals speak it as their first language. All state services must be provided in Lusitân also. Private services are free of these regulations, including state owned industries and companies. Only state offices and bureaus have to offer services in Lusitân. Also state of Alkavon have to offer education in Lusitân. These regulations are not valid in other states. ARTICLE IV: Hebrew has an official position as minority language in state of Nihaton because of the large Jewish population. No services are required to be offered in hebrew since most of the Jewish population speak fluent Narik and offcourse good Darnus because of the educational system. If a population of Hebrew speakers among a region within Nihaton is larger than 50%, the region is required to have all streetsigns and traffic signs in hebrew also. Currently there are only a handfull of regions like these in Nihaton. These regulations are not valid in other states. |

| Message | It is time to draw clear lines for the langauge dispute we've had since the birth of the Old Kingdom. Also even though Lusitânian minority has tried to oppress the Darnussian population hudreds of years ago, they must be allowed to use their language and culture which were both born within the borders of our nation. We shouldn't force them to give up their identity, we should protect is as a cultural treasure. |
