Message | To punish those who ignore them, when you have laws against something (well, not counting victimless crimes), the amount of times someone does it is much reduce then if their was no law against it. |

Message | Regardless, the regulations which the industry would place upon its constituents, as a necessity of common decency, would be more effective than laws we could impose. The industry entirely abandoning an individual would be a much better deterrent, as opposed to the slap on the wrist of a fine or minor jail sentence. |
