| Message | Regardless, the regulations which the industry would place upon its constituents, as a necessity of common decency, would be more effective than laws we could impose. The industry entirely abandoning an individual would be a much better deterrent, as opposed to the slap on the wrist of a fine or minor jail sentence. |
