MessageIf this cabinet cannot be supported, even as a starting point, then we shall not continue to try and engage the MFL/GLC.

If it is supported, and there is a commitment from all parties to work together, we shall look to increase representation.

If this cabinet fails, then there seems to be little room for debate, and we shall only engage further with those parties supporting this proposal in future Cabinets.

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there.
