Accepting that the trade of stocks and bonds, as well as providing for capital investments between businesses, is best carried out by the private sector, whilst also accepting that having no government policy on any matter is difficult when matters of any course may require that legal actions be taken, the Government will set policy on the existence of Stock Exchanges but will not introduce any specific regulations on their operations. |
