| My fellow representatives, as you know we have been highly successful in retaking the illegal settlement in Southern Dovani, with only a few small pockets of resistance left. However, because of of our focus on the are exclusively and previously having troops in Hutori, we have not performed any assaults on the illegal settlements in Vascania. Therefore we ask that 300,000 troops be sent to Vascania to start to re-take it. |

| Message | OOC: Apparently the Unionists are going to try to retreat to Vascania, so it would be a good idea to have already started retaking it before that happens. Also, I'm not sure, but I think a long while back, around the time we first got Tropica we passed some legislation making Vascania protected or something like that, I don't remember exactly, it was one of AUP's initiatives that much I remember. |

| Message | The threat is very recent, atleast the threat that may entrench themselves, so much so that we have not really had time to do anything but create this legislation. Further more, while we can inform them of the situation, we do not hold the position of Foreign Affairs or HoG and therefore cannot act ourselves in an official manner. |

| Message | We propose that Lourenne and Talmoria be encouraged to colonize South Dovani. If we were to seize it ourselves, the territory would seem illegitimate, as we have already taken a great deal. A stronger military alliance would go far to prevent any further foreign expansion. |

| Message | That is essentially what the Protected territory was meant for, a place that Lourenne and Talmoria could expand into, as well as us. I have informed Lourenne and actually suggested (informally) that we work together to form a colonization plan. I have no contacts with Talmoria, so I think it best to leave that up completely to our foreign ministry. |
