MessageI think it's fair that the winner of the elections (so: the Head of State) proposes a new cabinet. That way their will be a stable and good government for a couple of years. By granting each party the right to propose a cabinet, as we had a few years ago, it will turn out in a political mess. There were like 2 or 3 proposals a year and the government were more busy to propose cabinets then to run the country!

MessageI don't agree, right to propose a cabinet has been in Aloria since the beginning (and be sure I remember it playign few real years back).
