MessageI will say this, as I said to the government of Luthori, this treaty threatens our security. Everyday our commercial ships go through those waters and the presence of military ships is threating. I suggest Malivia not to ratify this treaty.

MessageUnlike the Three Nations treaty this treaty does not cause hostility to commercial ships. Indeed, we already have naval ships in those waters, so there will be no change in that regards.

MessageWe only want a guarantee that our commercial ships and out trading routes will be safe from any interference. If that guarantee is given, we have no problems with this treaty but I hope you can undertand the source of my worry.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".

Random quote: "Politics, when it is an art and a service, not an exploitation, is about acting for an ideal through realities." - Charles De Gaulle
