Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| HLP: 4 CUP: 4 HRP: 2 HCC: 3 (This cabinet is exactly the same as our previous one, but with the Hutori Royalist Party in place of the People Party. This was done not out of spite or dislike for the People Party, but because they would not support a cabinet with us. We are very happy to share a cabinet with the Hutori Royalist Party - a party that shares many of our own concerns, most particularly in terms of the organization of government. We apologise to the People Party for excluding them from this cabinet, but it is a strategic move and a necessary one, in that they refuse to share a cabinet with us unless their demands be fulfilled immediately, and at this stage, we cannot make such promises. | Message | OOC: I just want to note this isn't me picking sides in the civil war. I doubted for a long time on what to do, but I'm really not sure how the "Hutori government" impacts on RP atm. That's why I was hoping the Good Tuesday accords would be approved. As it stands, we still have two countries. So I'm just going with what my party would do if there was only one. |
