| Currently we allow 20 proposals per year. This is really far too many, as it defeats the purpose of a limit entirely. The storage queue can only be emptied with effort, and the only real restriction is that only 12 can be introduced in one bill. We currently recieve almost 2 proposal credits per month, I propose that we move the number to 1. |
