| The Rutanian Democratic Forum propose to adjust the government's income tax policy to better address the economic situation of the Commonwealth of Rutania. This is a proposal which decreases tax burden for those low-income Rutanians. Those who can, can contribute more,for the welfare of the whole nation. |
