Sec. 1 SHORT TITLE This act may be cited as the 'Education Act of 2584'. Sec. 2 PROVISIONS A. All universities, vocational schools, and colleges, and their assets, debts, liabilities and property, shall be transferred to the authority of the federal state in which they are located; provided, that this shall not include the institutions described in division B of this section. B. It is hereby declared as a matter of Grand Council policy that the federal government shall not operate institutions of higher education, with the exception of the military service academies, the police academies, and the national service academies. Sec 3. ENACTMENT This act shall be carried out in full no later than Jan 1, 2588. |
