Sec. 1 SHORT TITLE This act may be cited as the 'Industrial Pollution Act 2585' Sec. 2 PROVISIONS 1. The Minister of Trade and Industry, in consultation with the Minister of Environment and Tourism, is hereby directed to proscribe new regulations for industrial pollution, designed to balance the need for environmental protection, the rights of property owners, and the international competitiveness of Vanuk businesses. 2. The new regulations shall take effect upon their approval by the Chancellor. Sec. 3 EFFECTIVENESS The provisions of this act shall take effect immediately. |
