This act may be cited as the 'Automobile Act 2585'

Sec. 2 PROVISIONS
1. There shall be no regulation, limitation or taxation concerning private automobile use or ownership by the state.

Sec. 3 EFFECTIVENESS
The provisions of this act shall take effect immediately.
