| Message | yeah, we agree that privatization might lower quality, it will eliminate the government beaurocracyif it currently exists (my argument is based on the assumption that the library system is beaurocratic). Private companies are more quick to respond to complaints because they do not want to loose their contracts. The government beaurocracy is slow to respond to complaints and might acutally have lower quality services than a competative company. |
