Voting deadline: February 2585

Description[?]:

The two sections of this bill are designed to maximize the efficiency of our nation's military and civilian services.

First, it is statistically proven that women while capable of fighting in front-line combat are not as effective soldiers in combat situations. There seems to be some inability to disconnect the maternal sense. It is also seen that women lack the ability to mentally organize instantly in the same manor that is needed in combat. Women tend to want to order and rank information as a product of social training where as the ability to scrap information and reorganize processes on the fly is a more male associated process. Women have a higher hand-eye scoring and seem to be better pilots and administrators. So it only seems best to give these jobs to women and reserve fighting tasks for men.

In order to maximize the readiness of our civil and military leadership, all citizens should be required to serve in the national service. These volunteers will be trained to lead and after service will aid their communities.

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with.
