| The Covenanters propose to adjust the defence budget to better address the military situation in Hutori and Rildanor. This is a simple reallocation of the budget surplus to HM Ministry of Defence and an extension of the tithe already levied on the income of HM Subjects to businesses and transactions, in order to pave the way for further defence investment. |
