| The Confederation hereby demands all titles of nobility be stripped. They should no longer have any meaning, nor should they be given to anyone. Palaces and grounds that are held by citizens with titles shall remain in their hands if it is their property, and shall be confiscated if it is the property of the state (such as all Royal Palaces). |
