Message | We were approached with a request to ratify this. It would seem sensible to apoprove this treaty. |

Message | We can accept this, free trade (albeit with our limited reciprocal tarrifs) can be useful in these times. We don't feel this fundamentally opposes our communist ideal, so we shall vote in favour. |

Message | Greetings to the legislature of Hutori. We must express our thanks for you considering this Treaty. It is our aim to establish this Free Trade Area in our northern region, not only to increase trade, but also to encourage friendly relations between neighbouring states. We have attempted to make the Agreement as focused on Trade as possible, with the aim of ensuring it is politically neutral, and to ensure that the Trade Area is not seen as the first step to political union, which it is not. Hopefully Dolgaria and Hutori will be the first nations to ratify the agreement, thus bringing it into a reality. Thomas Woldsley, President of the Independent Federation of Dolgaria Mike Miller, Foreign Minister for the IFD |
