Sec. 1 SHORT TITLE This act may be cited as the "Alcohol Regulation Act of 2586" Sec. 2 PROVISIONS 1. The Federal States shall have sole authority concerning all elements of the regulation of the production, transport, advertisement, sale, consumption and possession of alcoholic beverages. Sec. 3 EFFECTIVENESS The provisions of this act shall take effect immediately. |
