MessageThis bill is shortsighted, those prisoners will return in our society and we can help them with education so they will have better changes after prison life, and you want to take it away from them?

MessageWe shouldn't give education to prisoners, we should be giving education to the law following citizens of the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria. The money used for this useless rehab program can be diverted to other important sectors in the Crownlands. Commercial or otherwise.

Edcuation for criminals, what a waste. True, there is a small minority that can be "reformed", but why waste so much on so little?
