| This nation, according to its anthem, celebrates democracy. Yet if you look at ithe structure of an average Kafuristan workplace, you will find it to be inherintly totalitarian in nature, where an unelected boss represses the workers beneath him. It is these workers, through their use of the means of production, that create the wealth of Kafuristan, not the owners of production tools who explopit these workers in order to make an undeserved profit. The KASF introduces this bill to stop workplace tyranny. Democractic Workers Councils put control in the hands of those who use the production, those who are best placed to make production decisions, and those who create the wealth of this great nation. Giving power back to those who deserve it, the workers of Kafuristan, will increase job satisfaction, production, and the freedom to which this nation aspires. |
