| We propose that this system of presidential elections needs limitations in order to work and we recognize that being us the Head of State right now, it's our duty to pass this legislation: A person can only be People's Ambassador twice in his life. A Party that wins twice consecutively Head of State elections cannot propose a member of its party as candidate for next election, but the party itself can still back another party's candidate. We hope for the unanimity vote of this bill |
