| Our Maharaja feels that those who have aided him in defending Malivia from communists - those who brought forth this decade of near constant peace domestically should be rewarded. As such, he offers this bill in recognition of his ability to govern titles of nobility. As Zirafah our Gerajan god of invention raised Putera our protector god, so the Maharaja raises those who serve the interests of Malivia. |
