| Message | fire prevention should be coordinated the same way. Emagine, a great fire happens on the frontiers of two provinces... Each site has an other emergencyplan. That doesn't work. 1 national coordination is better. |

| Message | But I think it is up to the local governements to decide wheter they buy for example a water truck or a rescue helicopter. Every region has special needs but the governement can't decide every need of every region. The emergencyplan should be both local and national (even international) but I think it is better to give the local regions freedom. And the governement should give money to the local regions to found a fire department. |
